pkr367 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering an account or using any service on the pkr367 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out here.

These terms apply to all users of pkr367, including the sports betting section, casino games, live casino, slot games, promotions, and any mobile app features. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the pkr367 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless a specific section states otherwise.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register an account on pkr367, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process.

Your pkr367 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials — your username and password — with any other person. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. pkr367 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your pkr367 account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID) in the pkr367 app as an additional security measure if your device supports it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pkr367 support immediately.
• pkr367 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.

pkr367 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, stakes, winnings, bonuses and transaction amounts displayed in your account are in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pkr367 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by pkr367.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pkr367 account upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Raast transfers are usually reflected within a few minutes. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day under normal circumstances.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where possible. pkr367 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal timeframes depend on your payment provider but are generally consistent with the deposit processing times for each method.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed during the transaction process in your account.

• You may only withdraw to payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is approved.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The general rules below apply to all pkr367 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 10,000 in eligible bets before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Eligible games and markets: Not all games and betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• One bonus per household: Promotional offers are limited to one per user, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts and associated balances being closed.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without compensation.
• Abuse: pkr367 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements rather than genuine gameplay.

6. Betting Rules

The pkr367 sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments), football, esports, tennis and other sports. Betting rules specific to each sport and market type are displayed within the betting interface. The general rules below apply across all sports betting activity.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed and binding only when it appears in your "My Bets" section with a confirmed status. Bets that fail to confirm due to technical issues before settlement are not valid and your stake will be returned.
• Odds changes: Live in-play odds update continuously. If you submit a bet and the odds change before confirmation, pkr367 may accept the bet at the new odds, request your confirmation of the new price, or return the stake depending on the magnitude of the change and the setting you have selected in your bet slip preferences.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method results in rain-affected matches.
• Abandoned matches: If a match is abandoned without a result, most pre-match and live markets are voided and stakes returned. Markets relating to events that were fully completed before abandonment may be settled normally — this is detailed per-market in the betting rules.
• Maximum winnings: pkr367 applies maximum payout limits per event and per user per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant market's rules and may vary by sport and event type.
• Errors: Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, due to a data feed error or system fault — may be voided by pkr367 regardless of the result. pkr367 will return the stake for any such voided bets.

7. Casino & Slots

The pkr367 casino section includes slot games, live casino table games (including Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack) and other game formats. All casino games on pkr367 are supplied by established third-party providers and use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for games of chance.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are determined by the game provider. RTP figures for individual slot games are available within the game information panel. RTP represents the theoretical long-run return and does not guarantee any particular outcome in a single session or a series of sessions.

• Demo mode is available on most slot titles — you can play using virtual chips without staking real PKR. Demo mode results are not redeemable for real funds under any circumstances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkr367 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration or verification.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access the platform, place bets or interact with casino games outside of normal human usage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs or pricing mistakes in the betting or casino systems.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion or any other form of corrupt activity relating to any event on which bets are placed at pkr367.
• Attempting to launder money or use pkr367 transactions as part of any financial crime.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any other person.
• Using the platform in any way that disrupts, damages or compromises the systems, services or other users of pkr367.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Closure

pkr367 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be closed after appropriate notice. Any remaining real-money balance will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures and returned where possible.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

Where an account is suspended or closed due to suspected breach or misconduct, pkr367 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the violation. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned.

11. Privacy & Data

pkr367 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which sets out what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and what rights you have in relation to your personal data. By using the platform, you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity where required, deliver promotions you have opted into and improve the platform. 12. Limitation of Liability

pkr367 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. Our liability to you in respect of any individual claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of any real-money balance held in your pkr367 account at the time the claim arises.

13. Changes to These Terms

pkr367 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via in-app notification, email (if you have provided an email address) or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

Continued use of the pkr367 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
